RETURN POLICY

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in new, unused condition with the original tags and not be worn or washed.

Please note original shipping costs are non-refundable. We are unable to accept returns for items purchased at other retail locations or websites. Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

American Jeans reserves the right to refuse any return on merchandise that does not meet the above requirements. If your return is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be issued. We appreciate your understanding.

 

HOW TO RETURN

You will need your order number and email address to start your return. Once you have submitted your request, please ship your return back to us within 3 days of receiving your shipping label. When you opt-in for coverage at checkout, your return shipping label is included, allowing you to return any item(s) in your order for a refund or exchange for FREE. If you decide not to buy return coverage, you can still return your items, but you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.

 

REFUNDS


Once we receive your return at our warehouse, please allow up to 5 business days to process your return. Upon approval, we will issue a refund in the same form as the initial payment and send you an email confirmation with refund details. Please be advised that it may take 5-12 business days for the refund to reflect on your credit card statement.

Please note that our policy does not accommodate price matching, irrespective of existing discounts or special offers.

 

EXCHANGES

 

We do not offer exchanges at this time. Please return the item you purchased for a refund, and place a new order on americanjeansusa.com
