RETURN POLICY

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy subject to the following requirements:

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return, item(s) must be in brand-new, unused, unwashed, and unworn condition.

  • Original Tags: All original tags must remain attached in their original place. If tags have been removed or reattached, the return will be automatically declined.

  • Exclusions: Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged. We are unable to accept returns for items purchased at other retail locations.

Fees & Shipping

  • Restocking Fee: All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking and processing fee, which will be deducted from your total refund.

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Return Labels: Customers are responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.

HOW TO START A RETURN

We handle all returns personally via email. Please follow these steps:

  1. Email Us: Send your return request to kay@americanjeansusa.com

    . Please include your Order Number and the reason for the return.

  2. Approval: Once our team reviews your request, we will send you instructions on where to ship your package.

  3. Ship Promptly: After receiving your return instructions, please ship your item(s) back to us within 3 business days.

Important: American Jeans reserves the right to refuse any merchandise that does not meet the requirements above. If a return is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be issued.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Once we receive your return at our warehouse, please allow up to 5 business days for processing. Upon approval, we will issue a refund (minus the 15% fee) to your initial payment method. Please allow 5–12 business days for the credit to reflect on your statement.

Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. Please return your original item for a refund and place a new order for your desired size or style at americanjeansusa.com
